The MOH deadline for submissions is the 18th of each month. To ensure claims are paid promptly, please make sure all billing is submitted by this date. Timely submissions help facilitate a smooth claims process.

3. How do I submit my work to you?

We are using Microsoft Sharepoint for a secure way of submissions.

4. Will I be contracted in?

We strive to provide the best services possible. However, if you are not satisfied with what we offer, please know that you are not contracted with us and have the freedom to seek alternatives.

5. Is my patient information and work protected by privacy regulations?

All patient information and the services provided are strictly and safeguarded under privacy regulations. We ensure that no details are disclosed to any unauthorized individuals or entities. Your trust is paramount, and we adhere to the highest standards of privacy protection. Rest assured, your information is in safe hands.

6. What softwares are you familiar with?

We are well-versed in a variety of software solutions such as PSS, CabMD, Accuro, Epic and CIS. 

7. Do you provide reporting? How will I know my claims are fully paid?

Yes, we provide comprehensive reporting for your convenience. You will receive a detailed report that includes a complete list of all claims for your review.

8. I don't need billing help but, I need help on errors. Can you help me?
